Coaches Outdoor Services

  • Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. It's crucial to choose licensed and insured contractors when seeking landscape designers. The landscape industry has experienced steady growth of about 5.1% over the past five years, as reported by Method. This growth has led to an influx of new contractors. By selecting an experienced, licensed, and insured team like ours, you're assured of safe, high-quality services.
  • Do you offer any warranties?

While we don't provide formal warranties, our landscape designers stand behind their work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We encourage you to contact us for more details about our commitment to quality.
  • Do you hire subcontractors or employees?

Our team consists of both employees and subcontractors who serve as landscape designers and crew members. To maintain our high standards, we collaborate closely with homeowners throughout each project and offer a complete satisfaction guarantee.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience, including cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards.
  • Do you require a deposit before work is started?

For most projects, we don't require an upfront deposit. However, for larger projects exceeding $15,000, we do ask for a 15% down payment to cover the cost of materials.
  • Will i be able to communicate with the crew while they are on my property?

Absolutely. All our crew members, including crew leaders, are fluent in English. Our crew leaders are specifically tasked with being the primary point of contact to address any questions or concerns you may have during the project.
  • When is the best time to lay sod?

In Texas, we're able to lay sod throughout the year. While spring and fall are ideal, we can also install sod during winter months, provided the ground isn't frozen.
  • When removing a tree, will you remove the stump?

Yes, we use a stump grinder to completely remove the tree stump. We also ensure that all debris, including the felled tree, is removed from your property. We don't leave any materials behind on your curb.
  • I want stonework around my flower beds, but i'm worried about cracking.

We understand your concern. When constructing garden walls or retaining walls, we always start with a solid foundation. We don't build directly on the ground. Instead, we create sturdy footers using mortar and rebar to ensure long-lasting stability and durability.
  • Do i need to provide the plants or materials for you to do the work?

We offer a comprehensive service that covers every aspect of your project. This includes design, purchasing, delivery, and installation of your landscape. However, if you already have materials or plants, we're more than happy to incorporate these into our installation process.
